We are specialized in selling and building relationships with customers in the Québec area and surrounding States such as New England and New York.
What we can do for your company
• Visit retail dealers and distributors to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business
• Achieve territory growth targets in sales volume, mix, new product launches and pricing.
• Build relationships with customers including garden centres, distributors and chain stores.
• Continuously develop and maintain a list of prospective customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to retain and grow sales with current customers.
• Develop and recommend sales pricing strategies to the company Partners to maximize long-term market share.
• Develop and recommend sales plans and programs to the Managing Partner to ensure profitable growth and expansion of company products.
• Research the competitive landscape, develop and execute strategies that drive increasing sales performance.
• Evaluate market reactions to product mix, pricing and merchandizing policies.
Our qualifications:
• Solid background in horticulture (more than 30 years).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in effectively managing multiple relationships and priorities.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, CRM and Inbound-Marketing app, graphic design such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to meet deadlines. Customer service-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong aptitude for prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales transactions.
• Willingness to learn product information, build client relations, and develop presentation skills.
• Detail & task-oriented with a strong work ethic and high level of organizational skills.
• Maintain relationships with clients through consistent and clear communication.
• Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing company goals
